The world's second largest sailing ship, "Kruzenshtern", comes to the Tall Ships Races in Kristiansand. The massive Russian ship of over 114 meters and with the mast height of 51 meters is an attraction in itself. It's sure to be one of the large audience magnets. Crown Princess Mette-Marit is the royal patron for the 2010 Tall ShipsRaces in Kristiansand. The Mayor of Kristiansand, Mr. Per Sigurd Sørensen, is both proud and happy that a local girl has said yes to the job.
