Renting of market space

We anticipate being visited by 100 of the world´s mostbeautiful tall ships, 3000 youths from all over the world and 300.000 visitors during these 4 days. The entire port area in the western port will be opened, and all quay area will be reserved for the tall Ships. The city will vibrate with cultural activities, market spaces, exhibitons and areas for servering food and beverages in a car-free festival area.

It will be a unique opportunity to profile your firm and sell your products in a quite special environment, with thousands of people in town from morning til night.

Pratical information:

Prices
Tent (6 meters by 3 meters): NOK 18.000,- per tent, vat not included
The basic price for own tent/wagon by agreement. Own tent/wagon to be approved by organizer.
Stalls and tents are not equipped. Tables and chairs may be rented.
Price for renting tables: NOK 400,- per table, vat not included
Price for renting chairs: NOK 120,- per chair, vat not included

Electricity
Electricity for common outlet based on 1x16 amp. per exhibitor will be provided. Exhibitors must themselves bring sufficient extention cords, minimum 25 meters. The demand for electricity to be stated on registration form.

Basic price for electricity: NOK 500,-, vat not included
Extra for each 3 phase industrial contact: NOK 750,-, vat not included

Accessibilty
The arrangement takes officially place from Thursday July 29th till Sunday August 1st, but we reckon that some ships will arrive already on Wednesday July 28th. The ships will leave port in Sunday August 1st in the morning. Exhibitors have access to the sales areas from Wednesday July 28th at 08.00. Sales areas will be closed on Sunday August 1st at 14.00.

Serving of food
Exhibitors who wants to serve food and other edibles, have to send in "Meldeskjema til Mattilsynet! which is to be found on www.mattilsynet.no. Copy of the form should be sent in by mail to TSR Kristiansand AS by June 1st 2010. Observe that Hansa Borg has be separate agreement exclusive rights to all restaurant serving and all sale of alcohol. Only mineral water from HansaBorg/CB may be sold.

Traffic, delivery of goods and parking
During the arrangement there will be restrictions on traffic in the port area. There will be no car traffic west of Vestre Strandgate in this period. Access for goods delivery will be admitted every day between 06.00-10.00.

Parking will not be possible in the ares designated to the arrangement, only brief stops for loading and unloading in the period mentioned. Exhibitors must follow directions from guards.

Responsibility for equipment
Equipment and goods, except for tables and chairs, should be removed at closing times. Organizer has no responsiblity for goods and equipment left in tents and stalls at night.
